The New Homes Delivery Programme (NHDP) has identified the site adjacent to Trellick Tower as a potential area to help deliver new homes for the borough. This site, currently called Edenham, will form part of Stage 2 of the NHDP.

We are consulting residents, local businesses and organisations about the proposals.

This experimental order will prevent motor vehicles entering or proceeding in Bute Street, exempt pedal cycles from the existing one-way system in Bute Street, remove the residents parking place and the visitor pay-by-phone parking places in Bute Street and provide ‘at any time’ waiting restrictions throughout Bute Street.  Access would be retained for Blue Badge holders and emergency vehicles and for any vehicle requiring access for the purpose of loading or unloading to or from premises or a market stall in Bute Street. Please note that this experimental order is essentially a continuation of the restrictions which were in place in Bute Street under a temporary order from July 2020
